Customer Service On Phone Is Always Helpful

The telephone assistant was very welcoming and helpful, in my opinion. There were issues with my ticket being canceled by my travel agent by mistake snd I was panicking and the staff on the line listened patiently to me and tried to help out

They even pick up the line after few minutes unlike few other airlines

Seriously, Best Domestic Flight Ever

Best domestic flight ever, omg so much better than the other BUDGET airline, nice friendly staff, $10 only for 2kg over weight luggage, even had snacks and coffee provided twice in a brief flight from Melbourne to Brisbane, SERIOUSLY.

On Friday, August 22, at 7:55 p.m., a flight from Sydney to Brisbane took off. We really enjoyed Kirsten, our flight attendant. She was incredibly attentive and contributed greatly to the enjoyment of the flight. Kirsten and the ground staff made our trip with my special needs mother, who I was traveling with, a lot easier. Rex Exceeded Our Expectations

Over the weekend, we flew Rex to and from Melbourne. They were the least expensive choice. However, excellent service was also provided. They had staff on hand to assist us with the check-in procedures. They were cordial and supportive. For the duration of the one-hour flight, there was complimentary in-flight service. Excellent value for the money and great experience.

Booking Canceled Prior To Departure Without Explanation.

Flights for the first family vacation after Covid were booked months in advance. Our flight was canceled two weeks prior to takeoff, but no justifiable justification or explanation was provided. Since we had already reserved lodging, a rental car, and entertainment, our only choice was to purchase an alternate flight at peak season rates. Never again. Disgusting service.

Lost Luggage No Response From Rex Airline

Due to the aircraft being overweight, Rex Airlines removed my 7kg checked baggage from a flight. The following day, when they used Capital Transport, a third-party courier, to deliver it to me, the courier gave my bag to an unidentified man who was standing in front of my apartment building. Rex Airlines has been incompetent ever since; none of the staff is aware of the procedure, and my case is merely lost in a backlog of emails that nobody is actually looking at. Nobody has actively called me or answered my emails, and whenever I get in touch with them, nobody is available. The airport manager is Jenna Ferreira, and I haven’t heard a word from her. They have simply ignored me. Service that is both disgusting and inadequate for a paying customer.
